Main Features:
The reactor we made (use electricity, steam or heat transfer oil heating) is with jacket and agitator. The parts in connect with the raw material is in OCr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti anti-acid stainless steel.
We design and make stainless steel reactor and all kinds of non-standard chemical or light industry machineries.
The agitator of the reactor we made is including traditional oar type, turbine type, propeller type, anchor type, plate type, ribbon impeller, sawtooth disc type etc.
We specially recommend high shearing emulsifier reactor, combine plate type agitator, high shearing emulsifier and wall cleaner together. It is integrated with scattering, mixing, emulsion, homogenizing and breaking function as remarkable characteristics, make products superfine with high quality efficiently.
Remarks:
As the difference of production technology, operation condition from different clients, the jacket heating is including electrical bar heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating. Shaft seal device is including stuffing packing and mechanical sealing. Agitator is including anchor type, oar type, turbine type, propeller type and plate type. It can be designed and manufactured with different hole quantity and specification according to customer’s specified requirements.
