Simplex refining machine (SdJ-2000)
It is to press, squeeze and grind the soap for refining effects and output as soap pellets. It uses all-hard-teeth precisely-grinded gear reducer with inland famous brand of Guo mao guo tai . Three roll Mill (S-405-1000)
The Three Roll Mill is used for soap refining. Three rolls are horizontally placed with different rotating speeds. DUPLEX PLODDER (SYJ-2000)
This machine has two stages, driven by independent transmission system. The first plodder is acting as a simplex refining to make soap pellets in the vacuum condition. In the final plodder, the soap is pressed and extruded out in billets through the orifice to feed the downstream cutter or stamper. All gears are precisely manufactured.
